What a boss actually wants 🎯
Many freshers think a job needs perfect English or a top college. The truth is gentler. For your first internship, employers mostly want three things: you show up on time, you do what you said you'd do, and you ask when you're stuck instead of hiding. Skills can be taught in a week. Reliability cannot. A dependable person who knows a little beats a brilliant person nobody can count on. That's good news — because reliability is a choice, available to everyone.

कई फ्रेशर सोचते हैं नौकरी के लिए परफ़ेक्ट इंग्लिश या टॉप कॉलेज चाहिए। सच नरम है। पहली इंटर्नशिप के लिए कंपनी ज़्यादातर तीन चीज़ें चाहती है: आप समय पर आओ, जो कहा वही करो, और अटको तो पूछो, छुपाओ नहीं। कौशल हफ़्ते भर में सिखाया जा सकता है। भरोसा नहीं। थोड़ा जानने वाला भरोसेमंद व्यक्ति उस होशियार से बेहतर है जिस पर कोई भरोसा न कर सके। यह अच्छी ख़बर है — क्योंकि भरोसा एक चुनाव है, सबके लिए उपलब्ध।
"I don't know" is allowed 🙋
New people fear looking foolish, so they pretend to understand and then do the task wrong. Bosses hate that far more than a question. The professional move is: try first, and if truly stuck after a real attempt, ask a clear question — "I tried X, it didn't work, should I do Y or Z?" That shows effort AND honesty. Also, take notes when told something, so you don't ask the same thing twice. Curiosity plus humility makes you the intern everyone wants to keep.
