Picture this: every morning you copy numbers from emails into a spreadsheet, then send the same "received, thank you" reply to ten customers. Boring, right? And it eats an hour. Automation means teaching a tool to do that repeating part for you. AI makes this easier than ever — you describe the task in plain words, and it drafts the steps, the replies, even the formulas. You stay the boss; the machine does the donkey work.

Spot the repeat, then describe it
Good automation starts with noticing the pattern. Write down the steps you do by hand: "open email → copy amount → paste in column B → reply". Once it's written, you can hand it to AI. A clear instruction like "for each email below, pull out the amount and date, then write a one-line thank-you" gives you a draft in seconds. The clearer your description, the better the result. Think of it as training a new helper on day one.

अच्छी ऑटोमेशन pattern देखने से शुरू होती है। जो steps आप हाथ से करते हैं उन्हें लिख लीजिए: "ईमेल खोलो → रकम copy करो → column B में paste करो → जवाब दो"। एक बार लिख लिया तो AI को दे सकते हैं। साफ़ निर्देश जैसे "नीचे हर ईमेल से रकम और तारीख निकालो, फिर एक लाइन का धन्यवाद लिखो" — सेकंडों में draft देता है। जितना साफ़ बताएँगे, नतीजा उतना अच्छा। समझिए जैसे पहले दिन नए सहायक को सिखा रहे हों।
